In 2024, CPKC Stadium opened as the first stadium in the world purpose-built for a women’s professional sports team. Since opening in 2024, the Current have set league records for points in a season and consecutive sellouts.

Every match, a Kansas City icon leads the crowd in a stadium-wide chant at kickoff, copying the player’s pre-match huddle. “1-2-3…KC BABY!”

Teal, the club’s signature color, signifies optimism, hope and inclusion. There is teal at every turn in the stadium and ‘Current’ is spelled across the East Stand teal seats. On a matchday, there is no more intimidating stadium for an opponent to play in the world of women’s football with 11,500 Current fans creating the best and loudest atmosphere.
